  6. It is not as common as it sounds on television. The United States has a population of 360 million people. 48,830 people died from gun-related injuries in the U.S, including accidental shootings. That is 359,951,170 Americans who did not encounter any gun violence. I hear gunshots all around my home every day from people shooting rocks, birds, aluminum cans, and rabbits. I am not concerned at all. 😎👍🇺🇸 ✝️

We already know the answers . . . there is not much to study. 1. Children are getting these ideas from rap music, violent television shows, and violent video games. 2. 80% of shooters steal the gun from a friend or family member who has not kept it safely locked up. 3. They focus a lot on mental health issues, but it is the medicine doing it. If you read the side effects on an antidepressant or antipsychotic medicine, the warning label says: "Causes suicidal thoughts and violent ideation." In other words, the medicine makes you want to go out and kill someone. Yet psychiatrists are still prescribing these medicines. If someone is taking one of these dangerous drugs, they should be under 24 hour observation . . . and that is not being done. There are many more answers to the problem. We know the answers. But no one is working on implementing them. So I would not look for realistic change anytime soon. The bottom line is this: The devil wants to take away all of our guns and he is using these mass shootings as a tool to make that happen. Only prayer is effective against the devil.

Guns laws have nothing to do with that -- it is a spiritual matter. You are not going to stop Satan by passing laws. He is smarter than you and he will beat you at that game.

  17.  @tvo726  Yes. Mandatory gun safety training classes in every high school in the United Sates would cause many people with mental health issues to decide not to do it. People with mental health issues have brains too you know. They can think about the information presented in the gun safety training class just like anyone else. We already teach alcoholics not to drink and drive, right? And we teach mentally ill people not to smoke in a restaurant. Mental health does not mean brain-dead. 🧠 Besides that, 80% of shootings are done with a gun stolen from a friend or family member that was not locked up. Those friends and family members would take the class and learn that they have to keep their firearm locked up at all times. Then you have the fact that everyone in the country would learn to watch for early warning signs. And the knock-on effect that many responsible people, having been through a gun safety training class would feel comfortable carrying a weapon to protect fellow citizens, where before taking the class they would not feel comfortable doing that.
