  1. The Supreme Court ruled that the Eighth Amendment does not apply to the homeless situation. The Supreme Court is right. It doesn't. This is all on the hateful, selfish people who will not give these homeless people a reasonable solution to their problem.

  2. This is ssooo simple. All the city needs to do is give these people a vacant lot to place their tents and provide sanitation services. 🤷
