  6. If you want to make your nation strong and self-reliant, go to large American corporations and ask them to build factories in Afghanistan. I know that sounds backwards, but that is how China got started. And Saudi-Aramco oil company was built by the Americans. 😎👍🇺🇸 ✝️

  9. This is a different kind of government. In China, the government does the investing. In the US, capitalists do the investing. The government does not do a lot of investing in other countries infrastructure, except for humanitarian purposes. It would be up to the capitalists to decide to do that.
