  3. @Rahul I am talking about money that belongs to the Afghan people. The United States holds the bank account of the former government. There is $9.5 billion in that account and the account is frozen because the Taliban were not ELECTED. Everyone in the world holds their money in the US dollar exchange system -- even Taliban and China. It is the ONLY POSSIBLE WAY TO DO BUSINESS outside of the country. And the United States can freeze any of that money at any time. They have frozen the Taliban's US dollar assets -- there is no money.
