The Jews were the predominant people in Israel-Palestine from around 1800 bc until 136 ad. That is a span of almost 2000 years. In their heyday they had a kingdom there called The Kingdom of Jewdah. It spanned from the Mediterranean Sea on the West and all the way across half of Jordan. Kings from Lebanon traded with them and kings and queens from Africa traded with them. And even after the demise of Jewdah there has always been a remnant of Jews living in that area. What does that have to do with "religion"?

It only would connect Muhammed and his relatives.

  15. The original Canaanites are not the deedholders. When the Israelites conquered Canaan, God gave the land to the Israelites "forever." On the other hand, God told the Israelites to kill all of the original Canaanites because they were idol-worshippers. And the Israelites did kill "most" of the Canaanites. But a handful were not killed, but remained in the land. We do not know anything further about them.

Isaiah was prophesying to the generation who were alive when he spoke the prophecy. When those people died, his prophecy expired. It does not apply to any other generation. Jesus was speaking to the Jewish leaders when He called them children of the devil and his statement only applies to the people He was looking at when He said it. It does not apply to anyone else. The statement expired when those people died. Jesus did not call anyone living today anything. Jesus is not here -- He is in Heaven sitting at the right hand of the Father. And He was only speaking to the Jewish leaders . . . . He did not say anything about the common Jewish people.
