  1. The DOJ does not have the right to have possession of ANY of the documents. U.S. laws says the president gives them to the National Archives.

  5. You have absolutely no idea what you are talking about. These are not documents that were "checked out." They are documents pertaining to the presidency that the president has created and collected up during his daily business for 4 years while he was in office. When he gets out of office, he turns some (not all) of the presidential documents over to the archives for permanent storage.
