The only "brand new" equipment I know of is the Kinsai hypersonic ballistic missile. And they already used it in Lyviv. I also know they have 3 or 4 SU-57 fighter jets. But Ukraine shot one down. So maybe they do not want to take a chance with the other two. I also know they build 20 brand new Sarmat 28 nuclear ICBMs every year. But those do not fit into this type of war. At any rate . . . If they do have any brand new equipment, there is no chance at all that any of it would be "more advanced" than western equipment. Russia has always had a sluggish economy and has lagged way behind the rest of the world technologically speaking. They cannot even make their own semiconductors. When we do get our hands on their downed equipment and dissect it, we always find American-made semiconductors on the inside. All of their weapons are based on large explosive brute force -- they are not high-tech, precision-weapons like the American weapons are. That is why they are losing -- they do not have or know how to make high-tech weapons. Russia is a poor, remote, backward, way-behind, sleepy-head country, trying to rebuild the empire of Catharine the Great. That is why most of Ukraine does not want to join their federation. Ukraine wants to move forward into the 21st century and Russia doesn't. ***************** Also . . . Russia is a poor, rural, agrarian society. They are the world's largest exporter of wheat. They derive their income from sales of grain, crude oil, natural gas. They do not have a lot of manufacturing or industry and are not a world leader in anything (except ICBM building). Poland has no interest in attacking remote, backward, sleepy-headed Russia. Poland has their own life to live and is not interested in living someone else's life. The only country Russia should be afraid of is China, who is sitting right on their border, has a long history of building great Chinese empires, and is trying to take over whatever country they can get with their big greedy eyes. 👀 The Chinese would love to get their hands on those Siberian oil fields and refineries. They import a LOT of oil.

  22.  @glatzefratz8492  The weapons you have listed have all been spotted on the battlefield. None of them except the SU-57 are particularly advanced. Ukraine has shot down one SU-57 and claims to have shot down 24 SU-35s -- so russia has obviously been using them at least some. But they stopped using them because they were losing too many. The ground weapons are all minor upgrades to older equipment, except the TOS-1a (which it is considered illegal and immoral to use thermobaric weapons in war by civilized countries). The upgraded tanks were only ordered by the Russian government in 2021 and they only have about 50 of each model because it takes time to manufacture them. The tanks that were destroyed by MANPADS north of Kiev were examined and it was discovered that the reactive-armour bags had rubber inside -- not reactive explosives. Russia cannot afford the political embarrassment of losing any war. When it becomes obvious to everyone that they are going to lose, they will throw everything they have into winning.
