  12.  @Down_the_Wind  All presidents have a right to have classified documents in their possession -- they are the sole legal custody of those documents and those documents cannot be subpoenaed by anybody. ONLY the president can say the disposition of those documents and that is UNITED STATES LAW. There is no "conspiracy" because he has a legal right to have them in his possession (and no one else in the United States does). Attempting to subpoena those documents is a fake illegal subpoena. Therefore the entire case will get thrown out of court. The entire indictment is a completely fake POLITICAL indictment and the DOJ knows very well what they are trying to pull here. Their only chance is to get him on obstruction of justice and since they issued a fake illegal subpoena, that one is going to get thrown out too. And your phrase "return them to the National Archives" is fake. The National Archives never had them in the first place. Furthermore, in the United States of America the accused is presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Therefore, as I have already stated: President Trump has committed no crime. You should try studying United States law. Maybe you will learn something.
