It is normal that when more people come to a place, the rents go up. The same thing happens everywhere as people all over the world move around.   17. This is nothing new. When I was in high school in the seventies, my family could afford to eat out about once a month. All of our meals were cooked at home. Saving money cooking at home won us the right to have an occasional Big Mac or KFC.

  18. @Southernstar-RINO  Try making some rice and pouring lemon juice on it or making some rice and pouring Mexican tomato sauce on it. I had both of those at a restaurant in California and they are truly delicious. I also like a dish from Nicaragua that is fried garlic and bell pepper. Then you make the rice in the skillet with it. In the morning, I like rice with milk, sugar, and cinnamon.
