  1. I am worried that the takeover of Nissan by Honda may turn into something like the takeover of McDonnell Douglas by Boeing. Nissan has had terrible business practices for years and I worry that they’re managers going to Honda will poison that company in just the same way that it appears that McDonnell Douglas managers have poisoned Boeing.
