  1. Tearing it down??? How on earth will they ever be able to tear this building down? If it is such a failure now and it sounds like it will remain so, will they just abandon it in place and allow it to rot? I have to believe that tearing it down would require many hundreds of millions of dollars if not billions. More generally, perhaps it would be useful for you to do some videos on how large buildings can be economically torn down.
