Very interesting! I thought Trump was just trying to pin the blame of a tragedy on someone else just because that’s what he does. But what you were saying is that he is sharp enough and has enough information to realize that his administration may be to blame, and so he needed to divert the blame as quickly as possible. If that is true, you have to give Trump and his staff points for being quick on the draw! Yes, what Trump said is evil in so many ways, but the fact that he came out so quickly to defend himself is a testament to his evil agility.
