Jack Smith should investigate the Secret Service detail of Mike Pence on January 6, 2021 that was urging Mike Pence to flee the capital. If Mike Pence had listened to these co-conspirators, Senator Grassley would have become President of the Session and would have thrown the election to Trump. I have to believe that that was part of the plot.

But whenever you cut to a picture of Trump, my mind became to rewrite them. I think the picture of the image of Trump is powerful. Obviously his words are not. His thinking is not. It’s fairly obvious that as far as the Supreme Court is concerned, (or the conservative wing of the Supreme Court), legal issues no longer really matter. Courts are just purpose driven entities now. For them now to sue Marc, but is ludicrous.
