  2.  @Susweca5569  I agree. Massachusetts has Payper ballots that you mark and then you feed them into a machine that keeps the the ballots safe and counts the markings on them. If there’s any question about whether or not the count is correct the paper ballots are there locked in the machines and can be easily accessed and checked by hand.
