  1. Wrong! The Supreme Court will rule for Trump on an expedited schedule on birthright citizenship just as they did on Presidential immunity. And Trump will win and KNOWS he will win because he has already polled the right wing of the Supreme Court on this issue. The Supreme Court will rule that "in light of the emergency caused by the invasion of the US by undocumented workers" Trump will have the power to interpret ANY part of the US Constitution as he sees fit in the furtherance of his Presidential duties. If you don't believe me, please explain where the current Supreme Court's ruling on Presidential immunity came from! It did not come from the law but from the desire of the right wing of the Supreme Court to empower Trump.
