The stockholders of Chubb insurance should sue the executive who decided to loan Trump the money in order to find out if they have received a pledge of sufficient assets to back up the loan. Considering that the Trump empire has a monitor, who has to clear all financial transactions, does Trump actually have, the authority to pledge assets that may be needed to pay his other civil lawsuits?
