  1. Trump will not post a bond! This is part of his strategy! By not posting a bond, he will force New York State to try and seize his assets. If New York tries to seize his assets, he will take legal action against the seizure, which will delay the seizure, and he will be a victim, which is what he wants to be. If Trump posted a bond, he would be admitting that he needs to post a bond, and then New York State has power to seize his assets if he does not. Trump is not going to do that.

  2. Trump has had months to plan how he will delay the seizure of his assets. He knew he was going to lose this case, months and months ago if not longer and he has planned a series of theatrical gestures to delay the seizure and also the cast himself as the ultimate victim.
