If the combined bank will be twice the size of the Swiss economy, isn’t it absolutely guaranteed that the managers of the combined bank will immediately begin to flagrantly, and without any regard for anyone else act in the most egregious ways possible in order to enrich themselves even if it means bankrupting all of Switzerland? Bankers will be bankers! And if the new combined bank is far far far, too big to fail, won’t it act like a bank that’s far far far too big to fail? Or the Swiss really that’s stupid that they don’t see that they’re putting a loaded gun to their head and giving complete trigger control to the managers of the combined bank?

@CaptainRon1913 Congratulations! If you think a bank that is twice as big as the Swiss economy is only “far“ too big, and not “far far far“ too big, then you must have a lot of money! Could I have a few tens of millions of your dollars? I’m sure you won’t miss it!

Will the organs of the ex credit Suisse bankers go to waste? If so, why? It is clear that no banks in their right mind are going to want to hire any of the horrible bankers from credit Suisse and that these poor but horrible managers will probably end up starving to death. That would be a great shame because people who have starved to death cannot donate organs to help the living. To avoid that, Could UBS cut to the chase and donate the still alive credit Suisse managers for forced and fatal organ transplantation in China? Not only would that help to work off the tremendous debt of the losses. These managers occurred, but it could also save the lives of other Chinese, minorities or young people who would otherwise be used illegally for such purposes by the CCP. Everybody wins! Everybody that should win that is.
