  1. Was the zero Covid policy a good one? If the Chinese have delayed their experience of Covid until the predominant strain is less deadly than the early strains, were the Chinese correct in imposing zero Covid measures until now? It sounds like that net net they are going to experience fewer deaths per capita than the west did. Is that correct?
