Your analysis that shows they’re only 17,000 people died of Covid along is flawed into important respects: first, you don’t present any data as to why diabetes is a rocksolid comorbidity for dying from Covid. What is the mechanism? We don’t know yet! Second, among the 17,000 there may be hidden comorbidities that we haven’t discovered yet! For example, suppose that being bald and using Latin phrases frequently is a major comorbidity with Covid? Then your 17,000 figure would have to be further subdivided. We don’t have the data yet but I’m hoping we will soon!
