  1. Wrong! The Supreme Court has given the president, the power to break any law at any time in the course of his duties if he thinks it needs to be broken. I think it’s only a small step for the Supreme Court to say that the president can modify any part of the constitution at any time for any reason as part of his duties if he thinks it’s necessary. I think the Supreme Court is going to uphold Trump‘s rewriting of the 14th amendment on birthright citizenship on this “legal” basis.
