Instead of starting a war with America (an external war) Xi Jinping could start a war on mortgage boycotters (And internal war) which would then lead to a new round of killing his enemies in the CCP in the name of ending corruption. An internal war would serve Xi Jinping‘s interest much better than an external war. Besides, the net result of a war on mortgage boycotters would be to restore faith in the real estate sector and to improve the finances of the provinces.
