Trump can borrow as much money as he wants at any interest rate he wants including negative interest rates now that the Supreme Court has announced its intention to keep him effectively immune from any type of prosecution that might prevent him from winning the White House. Trump could roll up to any bank in the country and ask for any amount of money and if they say no they can count on the department of just revenge coming after them once Trump is elected, and not only destroying their bank, but also destroying them personally, including their family their friends, their acquaintances. No bank run by rational people is going to refuse Trump at this point when he comes asking for money.
