Sorry to hear your endorsement of Peter Zeihan. My opinion is that Peter's content consists mostly of making grand, sweeping generalizations about the future that are intended to drive financial investments by inexperienced investors and that are based on loosely related collections of seemingly important facts while evidencing little or no real thought on his part about alternative futures that could occur. In other words, I think Peter is mostly a slick snake oil salesman. The only real interest I have about Peter is who pays him and why.

@EconLessons You are a good man. I make my comments with the intent (probably horribly mistaken, I admit) that someone should call Peter out in an effort to alert the public that Peter's predictions should not be taken at face value alone.
