First, the amounts were claimed are very small compared to what the bank revenue actually is, but they are huge compared to the salaries of the people who are being robbed like this. Second, China needs people to have money to spend so that their economy will stop deflation. Third, reclaiming salaries from employees is a great way to lose the trust of the employees, and to make them less honest, not more honest. The only people that I can see who are benefiting from this reclamation are the corrupt Chinese officials who run the banks or administer the banks. I use Apple iPad speech to text capability and it refuses to spell “she did pig“ name correctly so from now on, I think I’m going to use “she did pig“ or “she didn’t pig” instead of trying to spell it correctly. It better captures my attitude toward “she did pig“ and the CCP.

Moody's is revising their estimates of the CCP economy based not on fundamentally new evidence but rather on evidence that has been in plain sight all along. It's great that Moody's is publishing estimates now that are closer to the truth, but this also means that either Moody's was REALLY stupid in the recent past when they ignored obvious signs the CCP economy was not as strong as claimed, OR as I suspect, Moody's was taking bribes from the CCP or Western investment banks to "just go along" with all the happy talk about China.

First make the middle-age people unemployed forever, then arrest them for defaulting on their mortgages, then take away everything they own and give it to CCP members, then make the middle, aged people into slaves, who worked for the state until they die, then feed their bodies to the pigs owned by the CCP! As long as the Chinese people are worried about paying off their car, loans and mortgages, the CCP could control them with outright lies, empty, promises, and doctored predictions. But win the car loans in the mortgages are gone and people begin to starve, the CCP will have to use much stronger measures or else co-ops. Hunger is immune to propaganda!

Either way, the subcontractors will be going to prison for many years probably for two reasons: first, because they cooperated in building terrible subways, and second because they didn’t give the CCP officials more money.

The investment banks make transaction fees whenever people invest in or get out of China so they love it if the CCP makes a lot of noises about how they’re going to be good to investors and good to foreign capital and good to private industry so that the investment banks can attract more people into China and make investment transaction fees And then they also love it when the CCP screws up and does terrible things because they know they will make transaction fees as people leave China.
