Question: how many of these high-rise Chinese apartment buildings have one or more or even all of their elevators out of order? Given the state of the real estate property market, I find it hard to believe that the elevators in these buildings are being maintained properly.

@pamelaknox7487 Don't know. However anyone who might try and get this information - even in a local area - and report on it would probably be risking prison for ESPIONAGE.
