  1. Great video! Thank you very much for a very well researched video. I wonder, is the CCP (the central government) making up the shortfall in revenues for the provinces by printing more and more money? They can do this for a while but eventually I would think that you’re going to begin to see very serious inflation. Once series inflation starts it can be extremely difficult to stop.
