  1. How can I sue Moody's for massive fraud? Moody's is revising their estimates of the CCP economy based not on fundamentally new evidence but rather on evidence that has been in plain sight all along. It's great that Moody's is publishing estimates now that are closer to the truth, but this also means that either Moody's was REALLY stupid in the recent past when they ignored obvious signs the CCP economy was not as strong as claimed, OR as I suspect, Moody's was taking bribes from the CCP or Western investment banks to "just go along" with all the happy talk about China.
