  1. Tofu, drag construction is the gift that keeps on giving to the CCP. When it is originally built, the CCP can skim huge amounts of money off of the project because they’re going to use substandard materials, substandard, design, and substandard construction. Then when the tofu drag construction collapses as it inevitably will, the CCP can do the skimming of the repair funds all over again. I imagine that the CCP will be able to skim funds off of repairs to tofu drag construction 2, 3, 4 or maybe even more times after each collapse. Tofu, drag construction, the gift that keeps on giving!
