  1. Allowing foreclosures on a grand scale is suicide for the CCP! As long as the Chinese people are worried about paying off their car, loans and mortgages, the CCP could control them with outright lies, empty, promises, and doctored predictions. But win the car loans in the mortgages are gone and people begin to starve, the CCP will have to use much stronger measures or else co-ops. Hunger is immune to propaganda!
