When livestock gets sick or die, farmers are concerned and do something to avoid it. No, the CCP does not consider normal Chinese people to be livestock as much as they consider them to be cockroaches. Nobody cares, including the CCP if cockroaches get sick and die. As proof of this, go back and look at the reports of how many normal Chinese people died and floods. (it is always ridiculously small), or died of Covid. (they refused to count the people who died of Covid).
