  1. CCP faking rescues is entirely appropriate! The CCP wants to rescue the Chinese people because the CCP cares about them so deeply. But performing real rescues would put CCP members in danger and keeping CCP members well fed, supplied with luxuries, and safe, should be the highest goal of all Chinese people who are not CCP members. Therefore, the only way that CCP members can show non-CCP members in China how much they care is by faking rescues that keep the CCP members entirely safe and dry.
