  1. Musk should already be in jail for his false claims. The fact that he is not may be for the following reason: 1. Elon is a useful idiot. Tesla is developing electric cars that the Biden administration wants and developing Starship that the Department of Defense wants. 2. The Harris campaign does not want to draw the anger of the Musk cult members until after the election. Let us all hope that Judgement Day is coming for Elon and that it will be increasingly severe the longer it takes.
