Trump has complete immunity from the Supreme Court for breaking US laws in the course of his duties. Therefore, Trump can break all the laws he wants with regards to arresting US citizens without a warrant and departing them without due process. The agents that are working for Trump and actually doing the work can of course be pardoned for any lawbreaking.Therefore, Trump already has all of the power that he needs to ignore birthright citizenship for anyone no matter what the circumstances of their birth were. In fact, Trump can’t ignore the constitution in any action that he takes.

Pointing out that Trump is breaking the law by arresting American citizens and deporting them without due process is a complete waste of time! Trump has the immunity to do so!
