  1. Are these internal reforms only that will not be allowed to impede the flow of money coming in from the rest of the world? I certainly agree that it sounds like these “reforms “ are moves that will allow the Chinese communist party to oppress, imprison, and murder anyone that they want to within China. However, I am doubtful that The Chinese communist party are going to let these internal “reforms“ get in the way of making as much money as possible (For the Chinese communist party) selling goods to the west. The question I have is are these “reforms“ going to be unleashed on the general population or primarily on lower level officials and dangerous entrepreneurs?
