  1. Speak softly but carry a big stick. I think America should do what it’s doing right now. Tiptoe around china and don’t say anything very aggressive while in the background where nobody’s noticing it you’re getting your big stick ready. Watch what China is doing very carefully without alerting them to the fact that you are doing so and be ready to preemptively strike against any actual military action they might try and take.
