It’s comforting to know that we have intelligent guys like this in our Armed Forces who are real experts on the tools they need to accomplish their missions.

This video answers one of those burning questions I've had for years.

Congratulations!

Hands down, this video has the best soundtrack of any shooting video ever!

Truly, a great channel! However, you do need an Australian hat.

Better title for this video: Ian Geek Gasm

Where will the mother church of Shooterology be built? Also, can I turn in my Scientology membership card for one in your church? Of course, I think we all can safely predict that your religion will be number one with a bullet!

When is Ruger coming out with the concealed carry version of this gun?

Ian? At this point in your career, do you chase Firearms museums or do they chase you? I can think of no better publicity for a Firearms museum than to have Ian mention them in one of his videos. Are they paying at least your travel cost to go there? If not, they should!

Mr. gun Jesus: how long do you think it will be before someone like you is recommending that people buy something other than crap American surplus 5.56 ammunition to run through their antique M 16? When will your predecessor be recommending that people who are going to buy an antique M 16 in good condition should avoid the ancient crap American surplus 5.56 ammunition that is available for just a little bit less than newly made? Like British 303, will it be 50 years or 100 years or more??

Mr. Gunn Jesus: please reassure me that places like this ammunition factory are paying you to come see them, and to show their workings in your videos. If not, you are being crucified!

@ Thank you! I’m very glad to hear that. I have no doubt that the content of your videos is completely unbiased by such payments. I was just concerned that you were paying all of your travel expenses in order to get there which you shouldn’t have to. By the way, I would really recommend that you take a look at the video channel “the type 56 story“ byJason Glower. He gives a really in-depth view of why the CCP held onto the SKS for so long and it’s tremendously interesting. Since he is a speaker and reader of Chinese, he has access to a whole range of sources about what was really going on inside the CCP from the early 50s right up until today.

Thanks. Great segment. I think it's one of your best.

You just need more motivation! Next time, when you go to practice promise that if you can’t get it spinning from a dead stop in 16 rounds of ammunition you will cut off your ponytail! I have no doubt whatsoever you’ll succeed under that kind of motivation!

Why?

What is your professional opinion? Do you think this would be a good set up to protect my house from an attack by a herd of rabid chipmunks?

Barbie dolls! The next video of forgotten weapons should be one on Barbie dolls.

Nice video. Thanks.

Car industry must also suffer from this! Imagine how many times this story has been repeated in the car industry as subcontractors have “simplified“ parts to make them easier to manufacture and which has resulted in catastrophic failures for consumers.

I’m very concerned that you seem to be entrusting such an important and well respected YouTube channel to a long-haired hippie with a scraggly beard! Do you think you could find someone more respectable to take over the leadership position? If not, needs must.

@alexmoore1506 Not at all. I like the channel a lot and think Gun Jesus has done an outstanding job of bringing it to life and keeping it going. I was just poking a little bit of fun.

It can’t possibly be as bad as you say. Otherwise, it would’ve been selected by the military in the recent pistol trials.

Two questions 1. Would “Daniel defense“ have been better off, not buying the Hudson pistol and starting their re-engineering journey with another pistol? 2. Considering that “Daniel defense“ hasn’t really been a pistol company so far, why would anyone want to buy an H9 pistol that has had so much engineering put into it that may or may not work over the long-term? The H9 eventually might be a good pistol, it might even be a good pistol today, but it seems risky to invest in it.

Celebrate with a shaved head! Surely, reaching 1 million subscribers is worth making a significant gesture like that. Besides, you could donate the hair to cancer victims.
