  1. Why should any country outside the US believe Boeing and the FAA will take adequate precautions to certify the software upgrade and make certain that it actually works this time? I don’t see any reason why other countries should allow the 737 max to go back to flying until an independent third-party has recertified the aircraft. Boeing has too much money at stake the FAA is purely political and controlled by the thoroughly corrupt Trump administration.
