Once Xi Jinping has assured his reelection, he should take a page out of the book of Mao and create a new Red Guard of the little pinks and other young people who will then be directed to attack the urban elite and other entrenched interests that oppose him and humiliate them, imprison them, torture them, and ultimately execute them. Xi can promise his new red guard that they will be rewarded with a more equal China. Doing this will clear the way for Xi Jinping to put the reforms he wants to in place without worrying about entrenched interests resisting him.
