Nothing will be more effective more quickly for the CCP to restore that confidence then millions of mass arrests and executions! Millions of mass arrests and executions will convince foreign investors that the CCP is very, very, very serious about paying them back! Besides, if all else fails the more people that are executed the more feasible it will be for the CCP to pay back foreign investors with dog food! Healthy, nutritious dog food! Of course, I wouldn’t advise the foreign investors to look too closely at where the ingredients came from.
