  1. Apply Benford‘s law to the numbers reported by Chinese developers! Benford‘s law is the standard test to determine if a set of numbers are fictitious such as the financial results of Chinese developers. I bet if you apply Benford‘s law to their numbers that they are reporting you will find that most of them are probably fictitious.
