  1. Mortgage default handling? How will the CCP handle people who default on their mortgages because they have lost their jobs due to Covid or other reasons? If born as default is severely punished, then I would think that the Chinese people will be very slow to go back to investing in real estate because of the obvious danger that it might ruin your life if you happen to default on your mortgage.
