Which numbers are the CCP officials most anxious to falsify? I think it would be very interesting if you could provide error bars to the numbers that are provided by CCP officials at each level (sculpted, massage, fantasized, created out of whole cloth, made up, lied about, etc.). Knowing which numbers the CCP is most anxious to falsify should give us a good insight into their policy. Also, knowing what the error bars are should give us an indication as to where the CCP is most likely to make the most horrendous policy decisions in the future.

@einfelder8262 True. But if we know where they are cheating currently AND the most, we can infer where they will adopt the stupidest policies! I guess we need a "bigness of lie" unit of measure here. Any suggestions? For example "whoppers"? We could rate the lies asa "whoppers (for an ordinary lie)", "milli-whoppers (for a small one)", "mega-whoppers (for the normal CCP-sized lied)", etc.
