  1. Summary: Tony makes a good but subtle joke by implying that the CCP ever considers the “human cost“ that it imposes on normal Chinese people with its policies. The CCP in reality treats the normal Chinese people as cockroaches. The CCP never worries about whether or not the cockroaches are unhappy with its policies or are even dying in great numbers because of its policies about flood control or disaster relief or food availability, etc. Who cares about cockroaches? Certainly not the CCP! And that is the joke.
