In the case of full self driving, Elon has doomed it by saying that only video cameras are needed not any other type of sensors. If Tesla was really serious about full self driving, Tesla would open it up to a independent test and would be soliciting openly all the input he could get from drivers as well as adding other types of sensors. With respect to cyber taxi, a two person taxi is a non-starter and a stupid idea. With respect to SpaceX, Elon is supposedly developing a spaceship to take us to Mars! However, there are no prototypes for the key systems needed for people to survive on Mars, and they probably never will be. Developing a vehicle for a totally unrealistic ignition that is never going to happen is a really really stupid idea. If you learn wants the starship to be a success, he’ll shut up about bars and start talking about low earth orbit, and maybe going to the moon Because NASA will pay for people to go to the moon and other companies will pay for low cost flights to lower earth orbit.
