Candace... here is an idea for you. Do your normal show AND do a separate show for another 30 minutes a day where you do detailed summaries of books you read and bring on the authors if they are still alive. That would be amazing! I think this is easy $$ for you, and very good for your career and listening audience! You are so good at things like Documentaries so that might be a style to do. I don't know. I just know this suits you PERFECTLY! Do the summaries of chapters and find a ton of supporting information online of videos, pictures, and articles to post that people can validate. It would be easy to put this together and people would tune in to that! Just asking people to read the books you are talking about, it is rare that people will do that. But something like this, it would be huge for you and your listeners!

@eileenmcchrystal8471 Actually it wouldn't at all is my point. I am talking about literally essentially doing 'book reports' on books and finding supporting pictures and even videos online to support them the points from the books. We are talking about stuff that literally a couple of interns could put together an excellent 2.5 hours a week - 30 mins a day - in a week, every week. I am not asking that she travel anywhere or anything like that. Simply paraphrases main points and supports them with other information available online for people to look up for themselves that she references. This would be super easy actually. The point is, she can encourage her readers every day to read certain books, but very few will do that. However, EVERYONE would tune into a 30-minute segment of her paraphrasing a certain book she can feature, finding all kinds of supporting information online to add to it that people can easily find where she will put links below, and that kind of thing would really, really spread the info in a massive way. Just talking about something like Alex Jones does and saying "I have read a thousand books on this, trust me", is not anywhere near as effective. That is super easy to destroy him with counterarguments when he is not specific. Does that make sense?
