  1.  @pranu1412  get a residence visa, stay for 5 years, apply for a permanent visa, stay for further 5 years, never get any kind of social benefits, work and pay taxes all the way... BELONG to the local community and be accepted by them - so that, after at least 10 years, you can apply for citizenship and get scrutinized before they accept/reject you. It's no rant, I just want to stress that, different than some other countries, they are more discretionary and don't just hand out a citizenship based on a short list of simple requirements (residence time , employment and language level, for example).

  2.  @pranu1412  if your investment would generate a 6-digit tax amount, then yes, you could apply for something like an investor visa. The "budget" option is to get a job. A "simpler" way is to get an EU citizenship and move in as a self-employed/self-sufficient person, as long as you can show proof of income/savings.
