  2.  @ahcmit  some 50km southeast from Cairo. Huge project, a new entire city for 6 million people + government. That's why I would like to hear from Andrew about it, he is still talking about Cairo and its "cheap" real estate.

  4. I would prefer Aqaba in Jordan, for that matter, but maybe it's not the best investment option.
