It absolutely works for anyone. The only difference might be the overhead cost vs. tax reduction, which can be less profitable for someone with lower income.

@scoutsout_aroundtheworld1015 that's exactly why he is known for being "expensive" - wealthy people have complicated needs and that comes at a price, since Andrew spent years building contacts in many countries and "testing" them in many ways. Anyone can do it "for free", but it takes a lot of time and effort. Imagine arriving in Montenegro for the first time in your life, needing legal advice; who will you trust? Andrew himself already said that he pays to get rid of any hassle...including finding the right people for whatever task.
