  1. As long as housing costs are as much as they are, doing this is only going to make it that much more difficult for poor and middle class residents to afford to live in Colorado. I've mostly loved Colorado - mostly. But if I'm just getting by, surviving and not living, then there's not much point in being here. And that's with a decent paying, full-time job. Forget about retirement.
